Poor service and swearing

I bought steel from them on the 10 july and paid COD. Today I returned 4 lenghths due to me not needing them but needed to order other stuff. After been sent back and fourth I was informed that i cannot get a cash refunded as they dont do that. i said i wasnt happy with that as i had paid cash and could not come back. The lady then said i must come to the office so she could see what she could do. She spoke to a white male who came over and said they dont keep cash and money is banked. Said i must give my banking details and an EFT would be done. I asked when and he said when the other director comes in. Today, tomorrow, Monday he'S not sure. All arrogant and ****y before he walks away he says im lucky he is doing a return/refund and doesnt make me keep the stock.. While he's walking away i said he should know the consumer protction act and how to service customers. When he get to his desk he says ****** ASSHOLE in at me in front off all the other staff sitting at their desks. Then says to me he hopes he never see's me again.<br>
