Phoenix Recovery Group should train their staff, I was handed over to them and on the 06-08 I spoke to Nolwazi Spatala who gave me the settlement amount for the Intec College account, The amount was paid within seconds and I emailed her the proof of payment and requested the paid up letter, she has been up to now promising to send me the paid up letter, now she does not respond to my emails.

What kind of a company are you running, do you not train your staff on how important customer service is?
