Its been over 3 months and still no response or delivery of paid Photographs

Did a mini photoshoot for my son as well as framed hand/ footprints on the 27 October 2017. Paid in cash. And still have not recieved my stuff. Emailed and whatsapped her and did not get a response even after reading the whatsapp message.
