Stuffed up my house - do not use this guy

Phil is a very nice guy, promises the world, delivers ****... months later, stuffs up your house. Only works about 5 hours a day. Phoenix was paid to also ensure plumbing is redone when replacing the toilets, basins etc. Sawed off drains, stuck it back together with Silicone! Leaks everywhere. Drilled through a water pipe - I had to pay for the plumber. Tile grouting cracked
