Juan Botha - Real Estate Agent - Principal of Phoenix Group Holdings
We have experienced the worst time of our lives dealing with Phoenix Group Holdings — Principal Juan Botha. My life partner (the property owner) and I are struggling to get our tenant deposit back from him. He keeps going back and forth, always full of excuses and “investigations.” He has no right to keep her money — it does not belong to him. Please be cautious of this individual. If you search his name online, you will see that he is involved in various businesses and real estate ventures. Be careful and do not engage in any business with him!
