3rd grade Galvanising.

I was unhappy with galvanizing done by phoenix galvanizing . i complained, they sent an inspector and eventually the manager stated that the fabricator did not remove the flux , which caused the problem. i was kindly given a can of cold galv and was asked to rectify the problem. Why did the shoddy work go through the galvanising process.? Should'nt the finish product be inspected before sending a demand for payment? I had to pay first for the job to be delivered. Maybe they give fabricators & bigger companies better service but us laymen are treated like.....
