Still waiting - company changed job date 4 times.

Generally this concern tends to take longer than average to deliver their service. However on this job they found reason to change the date four times. After phoning the owner and complaining about the matter he became quite annoyed. He admitted one of his workmen had made a mess of the original job but clearly they were in no hurry to aim for speedy service thereafter. Out of frustration I asked the owner if all the jobs had been botched resulting in a backlog. Instead of dealing with the customer rationally he got further annoyed and quite rude. I was told he would come in two hours. That did not happen. The only thing I am grateful for is that he indicated he would return monies paid for another job since he seemingly no longer wants to be involved with us. That is fine I could probably get the job done with my own workmen in a quarter of the time it would have taken him. Avoid this organization. They are situated in Cape Town .
