unhappy customer

I bought a garage door from this guy's and they came and installed, a day later the door failed to close. i notified them and asked them to come check ASAP as my door is right on the street. the owner agreed and promise to send his technicians but they never came. I tried closing the door myself for I was now varnerable concidering the crime in our area and the door came down and got Damaged. the following day I called them and he promised to send his technicians but still they did not come. on the third day I then looked for another service provider to come fix the door and I had to pay more from my pocket. this guy's are unreliable and they are now refusing to reimburse me the money I paid to the guys who came to reinstall the door.
