Don't Use Phoenix Doors

Be Warned no after market service.

I purchased a custom length double garage door from Phoenix doors in the middle of 2019. the purchase and installation went to plan. The issue came in 6 months after installation when the door came off the rails.

After contacting Phoenix doors for assistance, an appointment was main with their team for the 28th of Jan 2020, the team did not pitch up as promised, they said they will only be available on Friday @ 7am, confirmed appointment. Guess what no one pitched up. On texting the owner, they mentioned that they called me to say that they will only be available from 16:00 on Friday ( No such call was made to me). The technician proceeded to call me and get upset with me, due to me being upset with them for not being available as requested. The team finally rocked up at 13:40, worked for 10/15min and said there is nothing more they can do as they need another part (a brace). The service team asked me to give them till Monday/Tuesday to come and finish the job. Wednesday a time was agreed for 15:00/16:00. As i write this review 16:47 Wednesday 5th Feb, the team has yet to pitch up, and no response from the owner of Phoenix doors.

I urge anyone looking at using Phoenix doors, to think twice and go with another supplier. It seams that Phoenix doors do not have their own installers but rely on another company to do the installations and repair.
