Phoenix is the worst place to buy at

Worse service ever, i ordered spares, i paid in full, received some. But the sales oerson Martin still haven't send me the other spares neither gave me money back, its been said it will be taken up with management but still nothing its been a year now. When i do follow ups no answer. I will never do business with them again!
