The most ********** service I have ever received

<p>I'm all about supporting local businesses and I wont stereotype because not all local businesses are the same. I did however have thee worst experience with this below shop owner, manager etc after taking my mom's car in to get a wheel alignmemt.</p> <p>I'm a very reasonable person and it takes a lot for me to get infuriated and this man did just that. The lack of communication, transparency, no customer centricity, respect for customers and dont care attitude I run this place type of manner was unacceptable.</p> <p>This man cannot talk to people and I'm not certain he understands that as customers we are there to pay for a service which at the end of the day benefits him and isn't doing people a favor but should be rendering a satisfactory and quality service.</p> <p>The fact that he even wanted to raise his hands to two females made it worse, since when do Business owners, manager or whatever this person was want to hit a customer for being frank and telling them the truth. I still wonder how treats his employees as they were so helpful.</p> <p>I wouldn't refer this place to anyone. If anyone knows who the owner, manager etc full name and surname is please send it to me.</p>
