PHL Digital - Not so good

Please think twice before asking them to handle websites etc. They advertise cheaper websites - saying they want people to grow. At first the client service was awesome, and everything was done in a fast and efficient way, but lately they don't do updates on websites, they don't answer e-mails or messages, and they don't send out invoices. They chop and change between business names and facebook pages. And you never know who you are really talking to. Now my website is not growing, because of them, and that reflects bad on my business.
