Terrible service!!

1 star is me being exceptionally polite!! Never in my life have I received such stomach-churning customer service!! Maybe because I was from Cape Town and of the multiracial ethnic group? Being told indirectly that my possession or money isn't good enough? Never will I deal with or refer this dealership to anyone I know! Playing other dealerships, in the same group, up against me and trying to tarnish their reputation is doing no good for your brand - PR 101! So many unanswered questions, extremely sloppy service and excuse after excuse!! Having to ask multiple times to look at a vehicle, to get the keys to look at the inside of the vehicle, having to follow up, what a **** show!! You have left a fowl taste in my mouth!!
