Poor Service from Servicetech-repair of Dilongi still under waranty!

Bought a Dilongi Bean to coffee machine in Dec. Broke in March-still under waranty!!

Were informed that Servicetech does the repairs. No friendly service, unprofessional.

Had to courier to Sandton from Nelspruit

Takes forever to answer their phones. Struggle to get info or feedback. Do not get back at you as they promised!

Send invoice, but phoned me with a quote. Has not heard from them again!

Still trying by phone, tried 3 x no one answers!!
