Kenwood Chef KM300 Spare Parts

I was looking for some parts (a drive pinion and large pulley) for my “oldish” Kenwood Chef KM300. I was directed via the Kenwoodworld South Africa site, Customer Support to *** . I enquired via e-mail (with an attached photograph) for the two parts. That same morning, I received a response from Philtec Services with photographs of the matching parts in stock. A formal quotation, payment and delivery of the said parts was flawlessly carried out. Thanks to Mandla from Philtec Services who facilitated the process. I now have a working Kenwood Chef again.
