PHIL CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS - ********S!!!!

We requested a quote to have a window repaired. Phil Construction Solutions was the first company to respond to our request. They provided us with a quote and requested we pay 60% up front so that they could purchase the material to repair the window and advised us that they would be here the following day to complete the repair. A week later they still had not come to repair the window, didn't reply to WhatsApp's or answer their phones and on the slight chance they did answer they always had some excuse as to why they haven't come to do the repair yet. So we requested that they transfer the money back to us that we paid so we could get someone else to do the repair. They never transferred the money back so we advised them to either allow us to debit their account or we would open a case against them at the police. So they gave us permission to do a debit order. And with no surprise the debit order bounced because there was no money in their account. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE A **** AND ***** YOUR MONEY!!!.
