Very unprofessional people

On their pamphlet they have a whatsapp number for placing an order. So I sent them an text asking what was the meal of the day cause they responded about an hour an a half later telling me that they will let me know. I sent another text saying okay, cause I need to place an order... That was the last I've ever heard from them! I waited from 09:30 till 12:00 then ordered elsewhere..... I'm done with them!
