Pathetic service

<p>I bought a Cheesesteak form this shop and requested that they not add onions as I am allegic. I took my order and went to work, come lunch time I was shocked and angry to find onions in my food. I could drive back so had to wait until I knocked off to return my food to the store. I arrived and explained that I didnt have time to wait for a new order and will pick up next week as it was Thursday. I then went through to the store again on Friday and i would be made to feel like an idiot in the store. I arrived with 2 customers in the shop (one customer was done eating and then other was seemingly waiting for his food. I went to the till and was made to stand there for almost 15 minutes thats when I decided to leave. I was really humiliated on Friday by being ignored and even laughed at when I was taking down the store details so I could complain. The 3 staff members who were visible to my sight all looked at me as if I was at a wrong place; I don’t want go through the same thing again when they were the ones who botched my order by adding onions (totally allergic) after I requested them not to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the complaints line and was assisted by Bruno who was very helpful and understanding. As I explained to him the above story, he was very apologetic and requested the opportunity to rectify the situation. I agreed as I love this places' food. Yesterday I then contacted Bruno via email to alert him that I will be in the store to order Cheesesteak wit Cheddar and Mozzarella on French without onion. That was the botched order, I also then request an extra order ( Cheesesteak wit Bacon & Jalapenos Cheddar and Mozzarella on French without onion, that I indicate I will pay for it. I had arranged for pick up at 16H30 and at 16H10 I was called by a guy called and said :"I am calling to confirm that the order you complained about is ready, what did you order with your complaint". I immediately told him I wont be picking up the food that was made with that attitude as if I was the one who was at fault. I have seen first hand how fast food outlet employees spite complaining customers by doing all unsaviory thingsto their food. Up until the phone call yesterday afternoon I was happy to collect my food bt the attitude of this Issac gentleman at this store was unnerving.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would say dont buy there but their food is good but the service is so pathetic; so go there when you really want the food and you are no in a hurry.</p>
