Ordering on the phone

If anything I hate waiting for food after work so I always make sure I order my food via phone while still at work , as I would do with all other food outlets in Newtown Junction Mall I called Phillies and the girl firstly was taking her time to take my order had to drop the line and call again my check if she took my order. I get there to collect my order they tell me my order is not done because they don't take orders over the phone like really now when was I not told this the first time I called or the second time I called to check on the order . Worse of all the manager heard what was going on but didn't seem to care and come ask what was going on. That restaurant should just close or improve the service they give us.
