False order advertising

Everytime I order from Philly Cheese steak in Banbury, my order is always missing a sauce. I love wings and this is the 4th time I have received an order with wings without the sauce. Been always laying my complaints on MrD buy guess they never care that I always receive incomplete orders from the same branch, 4th time now. This is now starting to seem like misleading advertising, that i will get a sauce with my wings order. It's definitely false advertising cause I never get a sauce with my wings.
