******* Legal firms who bully's their clients to pay exorbitant bill

<p>We went to a legal firm Phillip Silver Swartz Inc, for assistance in writing a legal letter to send to a venue to try claim for damages and lost income due to a failed event last year. We lost R360k on the event, and the venue was to blame, it was quite a straight forward case, and we required a very stern letter to demand damages from the venue. The Lawyer who assisted us was in fact a Diorector at the firm, however she was not very sharp, as we had to do many reverst on the letter as she kept leaving out imnportant details and did not make the letter stern enough. It took over 4 months to complete the letter. The firm engaged with an Advocate on our case WITHOUT our approval. Before we knew it, our bill escalated to R20k FOR 1 LETTER, which actually got us no where. We were very prepared to pay for the legal advice and letter, but of course did not expevt the bill to come to R20k for 1 failed letter! The firm is now demanding payment from us, and we have reverted many times to say we do not understandf how the fee escalated to R20k, and they still cannot explain this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do NOT consult with this firm, they are clear *******s and take advantage of clients, and now are bullying us to pay this exobitant fee, for 1 lousy legal letter!</p> <p> </p> <p>ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!!!!</p>
