"Philip moyo" clinic dentist denies madical care to a child.

I'm very disappointed with the experience my son and i had at Philip moyo clinic. When we arrived for his dental appointment, my son was understandably scared and crying instead of helping us calm down or showing any patience or compassion, the dentist refused to provide him with medical care. As a parent it was extremely upsetting to see my child turned away simply because he was afraid. I expected understanding and professionalism, especially in a clinic that treats children unfortunately that was not our experience. I hope the clinic improves how they suport young or anxious patients so no other family has to go through this.
