Complain about the nurses

Hi I'd like to lay a complaint about the stuff of Phillip Moyo clinic in Daveyton E****wa. We took a child who's 1year old today for some help because he has fever and doesn't breath properly but the nurses there didn't help us at all and didn't give us anything to help him, they tell us they only help people who need an urgent attention like an emergency. So please that clinic nurses must be told that it's their job to help people whether emergency or not especially small children. I'm not happy at all
