Bad service at Phillip moyo hospital

My name is Nelisiwe Kunene...My brother felt sick today,30/03/2018. I took him to hospital,Phillip moyo at emaphupheni. The service there was very poor from the reception. When we got there I was requested that I open a file, so I did. As I was opening a file this so called receptionist,I don't even know her name because she didn't have her name badge on and when I asked her name she didn't want to tell me,she has dreads . The same receptionist,I had told her that my brother already has a file, for her to get that file took her 20 minutes because she was busy chatting and laughing with the other reception and was also on whatsapp..finally we got the file,I took it went to the ward my brother finally went it. The doctor there was attentive as for the nurse she was very rude and had a very stinky attitude,I don't know her name either but she also has dreads..i told the doctor everything I know so she gave my brother a drip... the nurse with the same bad attitude told me to do wait outside. I've been outside from 17:35 until now 18:19, still no feed back. When we want to go in the securities stop me from going in... I'm really concerned about the health services in this country,people die because you have to wait in line to open a file... Now where are we supposed to go?
