She asked about my dog before anything else

first thing she asked me about was my dog not my job, not where im from, my actual dog which is the fastest I've felt like someone was interested in me specifically and that turned into a runing joke about our pets that's lasted almost three weeks now. she's got a dry sense of humor that took a day or two to catch onto. We talk most evenings after I get back from walking the dog which has become a weirdly reliable part of my routine. Good stretch overall, nohhting to complain about, stady and geenuniely enjoyable
