POOR PRODUCT DESIGN & QUALITY

While expecting I was out shopping at a baby expo I came across the Philips Avent promotion stand. I needed to buy bottles and was TOLD by the sales person for Philips that the Philips bottles are the best bottles available on the market in terms of quality and design. I have been using the bottles for the last 3 to 4 weeks and the bottles have discoloured and become merky as well as made my child cholic due to the teat design. This natural teat design was suppose to prevent cholic but it made my baby cholic. I have bought 8 Philips Avent bottles, teats and a Philips breast pump to the value of +-R2100. I would like a refund on these horrible bottles but no store would want to take them back. I have left numerous complaints on Philips website and no one gets back to me. After many doctors appointments and changing of formula my child is now using the R44.00 for 3 bottles from ackermans and is no longer cholic and is a much happier baby without stomach cramps or wind. My faith in the Philips brand has gone down the drain. Please do not be fooled by the teat design that is suppose to replicate the womans breast. I want my money back from Philips / the Philips Disttibutors.
