Phillips Avent bottles leaking!

Two months back, i bought avent bottles for my baby. Started using them 3 weeks back and noted that they leak.

Reached outbto Philips Avent advising them of the malfunction and they asked for videos and pictures, which I sent. Thereafter they asked for a receipt, I told them i do not have the receipt as this is something I bought almost two months back, but they insisted on a receipt, saying I must go back to baby city to request same.

Bathong, I attend to that specific baby city almost 10 times or so a month as its my closest, so I must ask for all my receipts from back then to see which one has the bottles in? Really!

Had I have known that their expensive bottles are malfunctioning, I would have surely kept the receipt.

I do not recommend these bottles to anyone, rather buy Nuk or Dr Browns because Avent ones are malfunctioning and the manufacturers refuse to account!
