no after sales care

it is not very good that Philips sells a product which they can not repair, service or assess if it has gone faulty.<br> <br> i have a Philips Avent IQ ISIS breast pump which wont switch on anymore. after contacting Philips, they advised there is not much they can do for me. They can only advise to look for a local workshop to assist me. <br> <br> deeply disappointing.
