Bad Customer Service

I bought the New Born Set on the 18 on October through Takealot.

Hardly 2 months the **** were leaking and the brand name and numbers started fading.

I then sent them an email on the 6th of Decemberinforming them about this. Same day I received a confirmation email from them. I haven't heard from them ever since.

I even sent them another email on the 14th reminding them.
