complaint: car repair

MY NAME IS THOBEKA JOYCE NKUHLU. I AM REPORTING A COMPLAINT. The qotation requested from Phillips Auto was not given to prior to car repair by Phillip. Car had a clutch problem. Supplier comes back with an invoice of R8755 after the repairs have been done... and after he refused to give the quotations upfront. Supplier has now withheld the car and not even willing to negotiate payment terms. Now I dont believe it is that costly to repair the clutch and he has not shown me receipts for parts. I would like you to help me get my car back and have Phillip rather arrange payment terms since I never asked him to do repairs but to give me a quotation on the required repair.
