Slow bad service & quality

<p>I have ordered and paid a 50% deposit for signs to be made for my business. After a very long wait he finally showed up to start the installation. The sign boards are dented, the vinyl prints are scratched and the cutting of the boards and edging of the vinyl is very s****py. The edges are peeling off from day of installation. Everything has bubbles. Now two months down the line he has not completed the job or come to make repairs. During the day of installation he asked us to repair his starter after he tried himself and failed. The starter was working perfectly and he came to collect when I was out of the office. He told my staff that he had arranged with me to pay later( which he did nothing of the sort). I am now waiting for this fool to complete the job am willing to pay for if done correctly and he has yet to pay for the starter repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now he is avoiding my calls, emails, whatsapp and sms messages.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to get the word out there that he does not do any good quality work and he takes his time. I have even threatened legal action but he simply does not care.</p>
