Marlboro red beyond defect

I purchased a carton of Marlboro red beyond from pick n pay and towards the end of my first pack I noticed that the switch is not in the cigarettes?? I then opened another pack and it's the same story , I've been trying to call you people but nobody answers ???????? Terrible quality from such an expensive cigarette.
