Marlboro Beyond Ice ball

Had 4 cigarettes today with no ice ball in my cigarettes, I am disappointed as the cigarettes are so expensive.... R35 a box and there are cigarettes with no ice ball inside it. I have been smoking this cigarette for 3 years as a friend recommended that I try it. This is the second time in a space of 2 weeks that I am having this issue.... Can someone get back to me ASAP please.....
