Marlboro Beyond Blue - NO ICE BALL

I have always enjoyed the Marlboro Brand, from smoking the original menthol cigarette (still remember it in the white and green packaging). However lately, I have been disappointed on countless occasions. While trying to enjoy a cigarette after a meal, to my surprise there was no Ice Ball in the Marlboro Blue Beyond (this is not the first time!!!!!) This defeats the purpose of purchasing this brand of cigarette?! Why would I purchase a cigarette that gives one the option of "activating the ice ball", but then there is no ice ball to activate??

Please pay more attention to the quality control within your production line, since I am not the only customer who encountered this problem.
