IQOS

On the 18th April of this year i purchased an IQOS kit at my local service station. The kit did not work so i contacted New Era on the number on the invoice ( ********** 340) to be told that they do not do IQOS any longer.I then contacted the customer care line on ********** 387 - no one ever answers this line.Quite frustrated i then look at the web site and try ********** 460 which also just rings with no answer.I then try the head office in Cape Town on ********** 840 and told to phone ********** 000,now the 5th number and hey presto, someone says they will get back to me.(A lady did phone about 2 weeks ago and after telling me to try all sorts of things, she said the unit was faulty and that it would be replaced - still waiting.) - So,one month later here i still sit with the faulty unit.So much for IQOS and customer service - My well earned money waisted and here i sit with this IQOS kit on my desk for a month now.
