Bad product

I had to give one star but you deserve nothing. I am a Chesterfield smoker for years. From the normal to the soft taste and now the Tuned Aqua.

I am disappointed in the product because of the lack of QC that goes into in. Big pieces of Tabaco, coal coming off after every 2 drags. This is pathetic
