Clothes ordered but not delivered

On 7 June 2015 I started communicating with Phili who is a clothes designer to make me a dress and jacket. We chat vian whatsapp messaging and she agreed to meet with me at my work office, she came on the 17 june 2015. We agreed that she will tailor make me the dress and winter jacket. She took R550 as starting amount and rest of R550 I pay once the clothes are done. We kept coomunicating via sms and she sent me materials to view colours and choose the one I like. On the 23 June she came to my house so I fit the clothec, I was not happy with the jacket material and it was too tight at the back, the dress too the sleeve were tight. She agreed to fix it and bring it on thrs 25 june since I am leaving on friday to go to Johannesburg. On 26 june 2015 I sent her an sms as reminder and she said she will not finish my clothes as I gave her attitude, which is a lie. I asked her to give my money back or give me the unfinished clothes, she refuses saying she is teaching me manners. This is ******* and Im now with no clothes but paid R550.
