SIGNAGE ON VEHICLES AND BROWN SIGNAGE

In April/May 2014 Philandria Bedryfskonsultante Bk we commisioed designs on Vito, Corsa and brown signage. A go ahead to proceed with final product of brown signage was given to Mrs. Riana Brooks and invoice was paid and delivered. <br> in the case of vehicle signage it was pointed out' our brief was misunderstood and didn't approve. After a heated telephone conversation we agreed to meet and sort out our differences. By that time as a norm we had receive other quotation from other suppliers. At the meeting we pointed out that her quote was 3 times highly and we had to choose a cheaper supplier. Don't know whether she was angered by this - to our surprise she proceeded and invoiced us for design which was as same amount the other supply will charge for the whole work. To put it on record we have not use any material emanating from disputed work.<br> we now receiving threating letters from their lawyers and we believe this need to be settled by both parties probably a small claims court.
