pick pocketed and bad attitude

i had been expecting my stay at phezulu to be one of the best but it was soon turned to a nightmare. First the CPA rules are not followed that you can make a client sign a document and not explain it is totally ******** of them secondly we had booked as a group but unable to voice our concerns cos only one person would be spoken to. We booked the whole lodge but we had strangers ,staff and clients walking in and out of our booked accommodation Thirdly we were told to leave the premises for 2 hours each day so that staff could clean only to find out that they had pick pocketed our bags YES WE WERE ****** FROM and all manangement can say is when u came u signed a document that was not explained to say they are not liable for anything ****** damaged what **** service the attitude of emla was a disgrace i am so disappointed and very ****ed
