Lazy body corporate

The body corporate at the complex is Midrand is lazy and not proactive. They use communal dishes for dstv and it is common for there to be a lack of signal every time there is a thunderstorm. Apparent the last time it took them three weeks to sort out. Something that any individual can sort out in a matter of hours with R350. The outside of the building is a mess. Paint peeling everywhere. What are the levies that are being paid used for is what I want to know.
