I stay at Phoenix view estate I have to say it’s the most horrible place to stay and I’m am very furious with how Thabo of block number 3 door 16 who drive a black E350 with number plate DB77HX-GP who claims to own the whole complex and always switches off my electricity everyday if I can count the days I have electricity in a week it’s once a week as he says he will only switch it on when he feels like it because he can and I find this absurd I pay my bills in full every month but I can’t be treated like this as if I’m living at Phoenix view estate for free and mind you I have a two months old baby how am I supposed to cope or survive in such circumstances it’s been over 5 months now since he started doing that and apparently the body cooperate that manages the complex can’t attend to my complains which the body cooperate seems to be run by some white man called Allen who agrees that them as the seers of the complex they have a right to cut whatever services they want for whatsoever reason they can’t explain to me and whenever I ask about the reasons I’m always told to f**k off as if that’s not enough I have the security blocking me at the gate not to enter because of whatever their boss told them and their security knocking at my door at midnight claiming they have been sent by the same Thabo to check if anyone is home I mean what’s going on that’s serious harassment how am I supposed to leave my family alone when I go to work the next thing I’ll find them ******ed because there is always people sent to my door to check if I’m home and I’ve complained so many times and I’m still complaining but their so called body cooperate that consists of 2 people say nothing about it
