Phenocrafts Furniture, bad furniture quality

Worst quality ever. I bought a couch early this year from Phenocrafts Furniture in Midrand & now the sponge/foam on my couch is flat and doesn’t cushion, you sink in when you sit. I didn’t get value for my hard earned money
