Poor workmanship and disappointing service

In my experience, Phendukane Builders (Pty) Ltd, while operating under its NHBRC accreditation, delivered poor-quality workmanship and defective building work on my project. The defects became evident shortly after completion, and although the builder acknowledged the defects and commenced repairs, the work was left incomplete, forcing me to appoint another contractor at my own expense. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter over a period of well over 2 years, including a signed settlement agreement, the agreed payments have not been fully honoured. Based on my personal experience over the past four years, I have completely lost trust in this company. In my opinion, the standard of workmanship, the failure to complete repairs, and the repeated failure to honour commitments fall far below what any consumer should reasonably expect. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
