Poor service

I've never been so patient for such ****py service, made an order on a Saturday I was told it would be ready on Tuesday, I'm here a week later 7h30 I'm being told I should wait for 14h00. What is worse is that the guys working here don't have a sense of urgency, they are busy here and there, not even apologetic about this, they prioritize their friends /regular clients, meaning that they don't care about new businesses at all.
