Great, quick, awesome service from Phazer.

I had a claim with Outsurance which they chose Phazer to assist in supplying me with a replacement amplifier. Phazer was so quick and professional, as soon as they got the go-ahead they contacted me. We resolved the excess payment within an hour and they arranged for the amp to be delivered the next day. The next day early the amp was delivered at my work address without any issues.

Getting back to Outsurance...waiting 2 weeks now to finalise the claim and get the last amount paid out to me...wonder why they then advertise 24-48 hours waiting time on claim finalization...
