Phatguy Cuisine -Be careful. Dishonest

In July 2019 I engaged the services of this catering company. The owner Moses Mtheleni noted that he required a proof of payment for the service before the date of the function. The proof of payment was delivered to him and he was notified that the funds would reflect the day after the event and he was in agreement. After the POP was sent to him he demanded half down or else he would not deliver service, he demanded this amount knowing it was too late to get another caterer and that the money would reflect the following day. I proceeded to advance half the cost of the invoice. He showed up with a underwhelming food that I had to call off the rest of the days orders. Moses Mtheleni was now sitting with the full amount plus half of that amount for a service not delivered. Since July I have been requesting a refund of the EXCESS funds and he has had story after story. Its been 7 months and he has not made any effort to pay back. I recently issued him with legal papers and he has gone mute and not taking calls. Please be careful of this guy, he is very dishonest and delivers an underwhelming service.
