Bad service, no follow up

I made booking for Wimbledon chairs for my event, on Tuesday I called the receptionist to remind them about the order and she said I do not need to remind them. On the 02 April, I went early to inquire and the guy said the delivery is out. At 12.30 I went back to the venue to check on the decor , the chairs were not delivered, I quickly went back and i was told by dispatch that my order was not placed. I was told to bring the proof of payment, I left my contact numbers for them to contact me, if there is any solution to the problem. I went back to fetch the proof of the payment and by then my guest arrived and I was not ready for the function. On my way coming back, the guy told that the issue was resolved, he did not phone to stop me from coming and I had go back to prepare myself at 2.30 to prepare myself and my guests were at the venue by then. On Monday I called back the owner to relate my story and he said they will send an apology by mail, to date I have not relieved anything from Phat Classic Events SPRUITVIEW.
