Totally disappointed

I'm so disappointed with phat galz I've been thier client for the longest time and I have over +-15 dresses from them but everything changed in January 2024 I placed an order online and the items reflected as they still had stock when I made follow up on my order three weeks later I was told all three dresses were out of stock so opted for a refund which I never received I was send a whatsapp of dresses I had to choose from to replace the o/s items unfortunately I did not like them but I ended up choosing other items which were newly advertised I've been waiting from 06 February 2024 to date.
