Terrible service. I want my money back.

Terrible service. I made an order in March and still processing to date. They kept saying they are waiting for stock delivery and for the past month till now I have been asking for my refund and they have been saying they are following up on it up ta date. I want my money back.

They don’t respect their online customers and I gave been giving them the benefit of a doubt but they are terrible. Only priority is walk ins. Their customers service sucks.
