Poor customer service

I placed an online order on the 25/05/2023, 4 dresses and it was supposed to be delivered in 7 days. They delivered 2 dresses way after 7 days. Now they are no longer responding to my WhatsApp messages regarding the outstanding order and they are not answering my calls yet they update their WhatsApp status every day. Not reliable at all
